Can WBE join a program that has already started?

Yes. The scope can focus on the current problem rather than forcing the project back to the beginning. Useful starting information might include existing studies, GIS, designs, material lists, deployment status and the issues the team is trying to resolve.

Do we need all three services?

No. Broadband Consultation, Network Design and Project Support can be used independently. The benefit of the service family is that project context can continue when more than one stage is required.

Can consulting and product sourcing be combined?

They can be connected when the project benefits from it. Network Design can expose cabinet, splitter, cable and drop requirements that then move into WBE's sourcing and manufacturer network.

What information should we send before the first conversation?

Send what already exists: service-area information, studies, funding or program constraints, GIS or network records, current designs, material lists, deadlines and the specific decision or problem the team needs help with.

Does Project Support replace the customer's project team?

The service is intended to strengthen the program around defined needs such as coordination, existing-network analysis, material issues or field decisions. The precise role should be scoped around the customer's team and responsibilities.

When should Network Design start?

Detailed design is most useful once the service area and program assumptions are clear enough to guide engineering. Broadband Consultation can help resolve those inputs first when feasibility, funding or deployment strategy is still uncertain.
